Enjoy this new platform and optimize your virtual networking experience by setting up your profile. Schedule meetings with specific builders, manage your calendar and interact with other associate members while waiting for your appointments. All in one place!

The platform is set up to allow 4-minute meetings with each builder. Once you set your schedule, meeting links will be conveniently posted on your calendar.

Instructions - take a minute to review the registration and scheduling process by clicking here to access a step-by-step guide.
Register for the Event- check your e-mail for your registration confirmation and link to set your meeting times.
Enter the Virtual Stage- Use your e-mail to log in and schedule your meetings. Meetings will be approved within 24 hours of scheduling them.

Once registered, please regularly check the event site for added Builders.

Important Registrant Notes:

Your membership must be current. If there are any past due invoices, they must be collected before the event.
All participants must register to participate. If there are multiple people from a company participating, each person must register. The meetings are one-on-one, but you can share the link to the meeting once it has begun using the platform's private chat function. Registrants can also go the route of divide and conquer and split up the Builder meetings between colleagues.
Before the event, details will be sent by the HBA staff about how the meetings will work, so everyone is well informed and ready for the event.
