What Is It?
Hosted by the HBA’s Workforce Development Committee in partnership with local Career & Technical Education (CTE) schools, Unlock the Future connects students directly with the professionals shaping the residential construction industry.

This isn’t a traditional career fair. It’s an interactive experience where students can explore careers through hands-on demonstrations, real conversations, and firsthand exposure to the many paths available in homebuilding.
