The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry has updated the state’s building code to the 2006 International Residential Code (IRC). To help you prepare for the changes, the HBA of Bucks/Montgomery & the HBA of Chester/Delaware have partnered to bring you the 2006 IRC Update Program, produced by the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center. This highly interactive & hands on program is intended for builders, code officials, design professionals, remodelers & trades in the residential construction industry.
