DESCRIPTION:PA UCC Code Seminar\n\nEvent Type: Education\n\n \n\nJoin us for a two-part seminar presented by Chris Hines\, Pennsylvania Housing Research Center (PHRC)\, to review the transition to 2021 ICC base codes. \n\nIn accordance with the requirements of Act 45 of 1999 as amended\, the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Review and Advisory Council (RAC) completed the review of the 2021 I-Codes on June 13\, 2024.  The code provisions that were adopted during this process are anticipated to take effect on or after July 13\, 2025.  \n\n	Hour 1 will review implications of transitioning to 2021 ICC base codes\, discuss PA Legislative and RAC amendments\, and dive into some highlights of the new code provisions for Residential Construction.  \n	Hour 2 will dive deeper into implications to the portions of the 2021 ICC base codes that were approved for adoption.  It will dive into some highlights of the new code provisions affecting Residential Construction. \n\n \n\nDate:         Friday\, June 6th\n\nTime:         9:00AM- 11:00AM\n\nLocation:   Toll Brothers- Ft.
