The scholarship and awards program helps to supplement their professional development. The funds raised can be used toward continuing education once they graduate or to buy tools\, materials\, and other resources needed to succeed as they train in their desired field. \n\n \n\nIf you are in the building industry\, workforce development should be at the top of your priority list.
