He was the Master of Ceremonies at many of the events together with David Knipe. Heavily involved with membership drives\, he also sponsored the Summerton Beach Party Picnic for members. At Christmas\, it was his joy to collect toys for HBA'S Toys for Tots drive. He also helped to raise money and material donations\, as well as personal donations to the Red Cross Shelter and the Montgomery Home for Battered Woman.Andy was tireless in his support of the HBA and associate members.He was on the board of directors and presented a Life Director award in appreciation for outstanding service and devotion. In 2003\, he received the Hall of Fame Award for outstanding contributions to the housing industry.Andy loved life and because of his Lust for Life & Gift of Goodness. It would be a tribute to "Andy" if YOU were to participate in the day's events.
