The Home Builders Association’s Workforce Development Committee is dedicated to connecting educators, students, and industry professionals to help shape a skilled workforce for the future.
 
In partnership with local Career and Technical Education (CTE) schools, the HBA will host Unlock the Future: A Home Building Career Showcase — an interactive event designed to connect students directly with HBA members and industry professionals.
 
Through hands-on demonstrations and engaging conversations, students will learn firsthand about the diverse career paths within residential construction — from design and engineering to skilled trades, project management, and beyond. HBA members will share their personal experiences, insights, and the real-world impact of their work, inspiring the next generation to consider Building Careers that Build Communities.
